Halloween Lights: Lighting a Lantern with Fun Fillers

August 6, 2018

Have a string of novelty lights that need refreshing?

Repurposing novelty lights can be as easy as replacing the string of lights as seen in this blog post  or repurposing the novelty covers can be fun too!

The Borrby lantern from Ikea is a great size for this project.

Adorable Jack O’ Lantern covers get a new life as lantern filler

LED battery fairy lights are ideal for this project because the stay lit so long on a single battery set.

Stacking the Jack O’ Lanterns and weaving the battery light strings through the plastic pumpkins give them an entirely new life!

So happy!
