Get this Look: Lights for a backyard party

by | Jun 16, 2022

We love to see how folks use lights for parties and events. Karen decided to accent her outdoor spaces with LED curtains and personalized light strings.

Here are the products or “build sheet” for this project.

2 sets of 8-foot LED Curtain Lights Warm White on White Wire
1 package of 100 C7 or C9 Magnetic Christmas Light Clips SPT-1
75 LED Bulbs: G40 Warm White Smooth LED (SMD) Bulbs E17 Bases
3 cords: (E17) 25′ Cord 12″ Spacing, White SPT-1 Wire

While our magnetic clips aren’t designed for curtain or string lights, she wove the curtain lights wire into the clips and installed them on her siding. No nails in the brick or siding required.

To light the outbuilding, she installed the G40 bulbs in the 25 foot cords and attached them to the fascia using magnetic clips.

Here are more photos of this weekend project.
