Orange Balls - A Family Favorite

This dessert will make you famous at your next party.

The May family enjoys these every Christmas but we may have to add them to our Halloween lineup as well. Why wait for December?!

During the hectic holidays, it’s nice to have one easy go-to recipe when friends visit or quick party food is required!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers crushed (we only use Nilla brand)
  • 1 Cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of butter
  • 1 small can of orange juice concentrate-thawed
  • 3/4 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut
  • a small bowl of extra powdered sugar for the coating

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up, shape into balls, and roll in powdered sugar. Store in the freezer ready to pop out at a moment’s notice. Thaw on the countertop for an hour before serving.

So. Very. Easy.

Isn’t that what we all need this or any time of year?

Make this and share your thoughts in the comments. We want to see your photos!!
