The Center for Women in Charleston, South Carolina is gearing up for an event to bring awareness to Ovarian Cancer.

I know this because they just purchased teal Christmas lights for the event 🙂

The Center for Women is a great organization that is reaching out to 1000’s of women in the area. Here is the information from their website about what they do:

We’ve Reached More than 70,000 Lowcountry Women— We’re Reaching Out to You
The C4W has reached more than 70,000 women since it was established in 1990, connecting thousands of women across the Tri-County area to professional sources for practical help by providing counseling, facilitating peer support groups, and making referrals .

We provide educational programs on important issues such as emotional, physical and financial health, life transitions, discrimination of all types, multiculturalism, and career and business.

Our educational outreach programs are particularly popular and well-attended, and we invite you to join us and see what we have to offer you. Below are a few of our greatest hits.

Be sure to support their events and check out their website if you are in the Charleston area.
