Are those actual Edison bulbs with a filament? Why are you guys selling those? Do you know how much power they use? Feel the bulb. They look great, but they are energy wasters and horrible for the environment. You are big into LEDs. Why aren’t you selling the LED versions? I have a steampunk piece of artwork that came with an Edition bulb. I replaced it with the LED equivalent. It looks the same, uses almost no power, and is cool to the touch. Those would fit with you guys a lot better.

      Hey Randy,

      Thanks for your comment.

While we are huge fans and proponents of LED for lights, we also love the look of traditional Edison bulbs and have quite a few customers who prefer and request traditional incandescent bulbs. (Just like there are folks who prefer incandescent C7 and C9 for Christmas.)

Thanks for shopping with us, Randy, and your Steampunk Artwork sounds fantastic. I’m sorry we didn’t have an LED bulb for you.

(I’ll forward your comment to our purchasing department. Who knows? We might add LED Edison bulbs to our product lineup in the future.)
